It is worth noting that when visiting a property we can also take professional internal and external still photographs using a wide angled lens on high specification Canon cameras. If you are considering the production of a brochure as well as a virtual tour, why not get all the photography completed on a single shoot?

Your virtual tour will be created to the same high quality as the demonstration tours found on this website, please consider:
It is not practical to create virtual tours for rooms smaller than 2m x 2m, such rooms will not be featured.
In extreme conditions the weather may not allow exterior virtual tours to be created.

The Panoviewing process

The booking

We firstly determine a convenient date and time for our photographer to visit the property to take the photographs required for the virtual tour.

The clean-up

We ask that prior to our photographer's visit the property is tidied and presented in the way the seller wishes the property to look when viewed on-line. All lights should work for best results.

The visit (duration)

One of our photographers will visit your property. Each room will take roughly 10 minutes to photograph and a draft architectural plan will take an estimated 20 minutes for each floor.

The finished result On-line

We carry out all the behind the scenes work (stitch and format images to create movies/digitise architectural plans/upload the finished tour) and the virtual tour of the property will be on-line within the fastest possible turnaround time.

The Contact

As soon as the tour is available on-line we will email you the link to your on-line virtual tour and call you. You will then have a dedicated web page where the virtual tour of your property can be accessed by anyone you make the link available to.
