The Panoviewing process

The booking

We firstly determine a convenient date and time for our photographer to visit the property to take the imagery required for the virtual tour.

The clean-up

We ask that prior to our photographer's visit the property is tidied and presented in the way the seller wishes the property to look when viewed on-line. All lights should work for best results.??

The visit (duration)

One of our photographers will visit your property. Each room will take roughly 10 minutes to photograph.

The finished result On-line

We carry out all behind the scenes work (stitch and format images to create movies/integrate floor plans/upload the finished tour). The virtual tour of the property will be on-line within 10 working days (please enquire should you need a speedier turn around).

The Contact

As soon as the tour is available on-line we will e-mail you the link to your virtual tour. You will then have a dedicated web page on our server (or we can send the files to you/your web developer). The virtual tour of your property can then be accessed by potential buyers. We suggest you add a link to the 360 virtual tour from your website, you can also e-mail the link to any potential clients as part of your in house service.
