3D Virtual Tours
There is often confusion when it comes to the meaning of '3D Virtual
Tour'. This term can be used to refer just as easily to Computer
Aided Design (CAD) virtual tours as it can to the photographic
based virtual tours (as seen on the homepage of this website).
CAD virtual tours can be very useful when trying to sell a property
off-plan (prior to it being built), but when the building is ready
and a showroom/apartment/house is available for viewings it makes
sense to market this property using a photographic based virtual
tour (see our homepage for an example of a photographic virtual
tour).
A photographic based virtual tour will give the prospective
buyer the actual view of the interior and exterior (so long as
your provider does both), although modern CAD can create a close
to real life look, it will still be obvious to the end user that
they are viewing an 'artist's impression' and not a 'real life'
view of the property they are considering purchasing.
